Below are the official business policies for Kingtreas360 Photo Booth LLC. By booking
our services, clients agree to abide by these policies.
1. Booking & Payment Policy

Deposit
Requirements
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your
event date.
• The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event date.

Late Payments
• If the remaining balance is not paid 48 hours before the event, your booking may
be canceled without a refund.
• If a last-minute payment is made less than 48 hours before the event, an
additional $50 late processing fee may apply.
Refunds
• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
• If the full payment has been made, rescheduling may be allowed (see
Rescheduling Policy below).
2. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling
Requests
• Clients may reschedule their event ONCE with a minimum of 7 days' notice
before the original event date.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability, and the deposit will be transferred to the
new date.
• If a reschedule is requested less than 7 days before the event, a $75 rescheduling
fee applies.
Cancellation
Requests
• If a client cancels within 48 hours of the event, they forfeit the deposit, and any
payments made.
• If Kingtreas360 Photo Booth LLC must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances,
clients will receive a full refund OR a credit toward a future booking.
3. Service & Equipment Policy
Photo Booth
Setup &
Breakdown
• We arrive 1 hour before the event start time for setup.
• A clear 10ft x 10ft space with access to power (110V outlet) must be provided.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe and secure area for our equipment.
Damage To
Equipment
• Clients and their guests must handle all props & equipment with care.
• Any intentional damage or misuse of equipment will result in a damage fee of up
to $500.
Time
Extensions
• If clients wish to extend their rental time, an additional $100 per hour will be
charged, subject to availability.
4. Weather & Outdoor Event Policy
Outdoor
Events
• If hosting an outdoor event, a covered area or tent is required to protect the booth
from weather conditions.
• We reserve the right to refuse setup if the environment is unsafe (rain, wind,
extreme heat).
Weather Cancellations
• If severe weather prevents the event from taking place, clients may reschedule
once for free within 3 months.
• No refunds will be issued due to weather-related cancellations.
5. Media & Privacy Policy
Consent
For Photos & Videos
• By booking our services, you grant Kingtreas360 Photo Booth LLC permission to
use event photos/videos for marketing and social media purposes.
• If you prefer not to have images shared, please notify us in writing before the
event.
Guest
Privacy
• We do not sell or distribute guest images without consent.
• All digital files will be securely stored for up to 30 days post-event before deletion.
6. Travel & Additional Fees
Service
Areas
• We operate within North Carolina, including all surrounding areas.
Mandatory Travel Fee
This required fee applies to all bookings based on your event location.
This travel fee applies to all bookings based on your event location. The first 25 miles are included at no extra charge. Any event location beyond 25 miles will require a travel fee based on distance. Please select the correct option when booking.
Travel Fee Breakdown:
✔ Within 25 miles – Included ($0)
✔ 26-50 miles – $25
✔ 51-75 miles – $50
✔ 76-100 miles – $75
✔ Over 100 miles – Contact us for a custom quote.
Failure to select the correct travel fee may result in adjustments to your booking total.
Parking & Venue Fees
• Clients are responsible for covering any parking fees or venue access fees
required for setup.
7. Referral Program Policy
How It
Works
• Refer a friend and both you and your friend receive $50 OFF your next booking!
• The referred client must book & complete their event for the discount to apply.
• Referral credits are non-transferable and expire within 6 months.
Agreement
By booking with Kingtreas360 Photo Booth LLC, clients agree to the above policies. These
terms are non-negotiable and apply to all bookings.
